Book a demo

Bring the call you wish had gone better.

We will point an agent at your own documents, put it on the kind of calls your queue actually gets, and show you where the meter stops when your own team takes the call over. No credit card, and no obligation to move anything.

Tell us where to call

Four fields are required. The rest only makes the first call shorter.

A range is enough. It tells us which rate card to bring.

We use this to book the call and for nothing else. If you would rather write, email hello@zumu.ai.

What happens after you send it

  1. We call you and scope your call flows

A working conversation about the calls your queue actually gets: the ones that book, the ones that escalate, and the ones nobody wants at two in the morning.

  2. You hear it answer calls in your own domain

We point an agent at your own documents and you listen to it take those calls. Bring a recording you wish had gone better and we will run it past the agent with you watching.

  3. You get a rate card for your volume

Usage based and per minute, metered across five components, priced on a rate card that belongs to your organization and carries the date it took effect.

  • A transfer bridges your person into the room the caller is already in. The recording and the live listening carry on through the handoff.
  • On a transferred call you are billed for the minutes the AI handled and no others. For one operator that left about a third of the weekly bill unbilled.
  • English and Spanish today, on a speech stack that supports more than ten languages.

The call you are about to hand to an agent still belongs to somebody.

Before you send it

Four things people ask on the way to this button

Answered here, so nobody has to spend the first ten minutes of a call asking them.

  • Do I need to prepare anything?

One call recording and a link to wherever your policies live. Onboarding crawls your site and builds a first knowledge base before a signup finishes, so there is usually nothing to upload.

  • Who should be on the call?

Whoever owns the queue. A supervisor who knows which calls escalate is worth more in the room than a procurement thread, and they will know within ten calls whether this is real.

  • Will you show me what it costs?

Yes. Metering is per minute across five components and every call carries its own cost line in the session report, so you see the arithmetic rather than a range.

  • What if we are not ready to move?

Then we book nothing. The point of the call is to find out what an agent does with your traffic, and that answer is worth having whether or not you buy anything.

The queue is answering somebody right now. The only question is who, and how long they waited.
