Clearer transfer reasons and honest KPI totals
The calls list now tags every transfer with why it happened: the caller asked for a person, the agent escalated on its own judgment, the agent could not finish the task, or a policy rule forced it. The KPI strip across the top now reflects whichever date range you have selected, instead of quietly aggregating over all history while the calendar said otherwise. A call in progress no longer briefly appears twice while it wraps up.
Recording playback and rendered videos are reliable again
A storage-provider migration had been affecting some recording playback and video downloads. Every call recording now streams cleanly, and rendered call videos download without errors, including ones stored before the migration.
Warm transfer rework: hold music, an AI briefing, and configurable fallbacks
Warm transfers got a full rework. The caller now hears hold music while the agent prepares a short briefing, four to six sentences covering intent, key facts, and anything already verified, for the human it is transferring to. Every destination can carry its own handoff line, briefing style, and timeout, with a configurable fallback to a cold transfer, voicemail, hang up, or retry if nobody picks up. The conversation after the handoff is now captured automatically, so a supervisor can review the whole call, not just the AI's half of it.
A full-screen console for testing agents before they go live
The agent test console can now expand to full screen, with keyboard shortcuts to toggle the microphone or end the call, and a one-click copy of the raw JSON behind any tool call, useful when you are checking exactly what the agent saw and did.
Rendered call videos generate about ten times faster
We moved the video rendering pipeline onto a faster execution model. An eight-minute call that used to take roughly seventeen minutes to render into a shareable video now finishes in about ninety seconds.
